AnyTrax also allows for the scanning and storing of documents. Any document may be scanned and assigned to the corresponding offender case file, but to cut down on data entry, documents produced by AnyTrax can include a unique bar code that allows agencies to simply scan the code to know that the document is returned.

While scanning documents provides a complete audit trail, agencies still need to cope with the work associated with extracting information from the document and entering into their systems. AnyTrax combined document generation and phone interaction capabilities, allow agencies to eliminate the paper response altogether by having the offender call a toll free number to provide required information.

If the response is an explanation, AnyTrax will record the explanation and notify the officer when it is available. Officers then simply listen to the file on line and respond as needed. Alternatively, the response may require the answer to a series of questions. This interview or survey can be presented to the offender over the phone and their responses captured automatically and stored in AnyTrax. Then, because AnyTrax interacts with your case management system, these responses are automatically updated and stored without any data entry effort - saving significant officer time in communicating with each offender, reviewing documentation, and data entry.
