About Us

Company Background

AnyTransactions, Inc., doing business as AnyTrax, was founded in January 2001. AnyTrax is incorporated in the state of Georgia and headquartered in Atlanta, GA. AnyTrax has continuously monitored offenders and defendants with AnyTrax since February 2004. Before September 2009, AnyTrax was known as “roboCUFF.”

AnyTrax designs, develops, operates and manages its automated telephone reporting and conditions management system for over 650 criminal justice agencies in more than 45 states and territories in the U.S. and Canada. AnyTrax automates offender check-ins, tailored interviews, court date reminders, random drug test notifications, and other supervision conditions, allowing corrections agencies to streamline community supervision and improve offender compliance, while reallocating officer time to higher risk offenders. AnyTrax is unique in its capability and experience in confirming offender contact by biometric voiceprint verification.

We maintain an ongoing program of enhancing AnyTrax at the request of customers and strategic partners, and to address emerging customer needs. We gain insight into customer needs and officer use of AnyTrax by monitoring Customer Service Requests, by gathering insight through our AnyTrax Account Manager interactions with our customers and partners, and by staying engaged in the industry initiatives characterized by Evidence-Based Practices. We integrate our findings and experience across these dimensions to add new capabilities to save officer time and increase the value of AnyTrax to our current and future customers.

Implementation and Support Services

Planning and preparation begins every agency project so that key agency stakeholders are involved in reviewing, selecting and defining operating policies around the use of AnyTrax. Our Account Managers customize our standard planning methodology, document templates, onboarding techniques and training program to align our total capabilities with your program critical success factors.

We share with you our experience from other agencies who have already deployed and experienced the dynamics of change related to the use of advanced supervision automation tools, and we continually adapt our methodology in order to incorporate best practices that help your agency realize meaningful benefits from AnyTrax in as little as 30-60 days.

Your AnyTrax Account Manager will work with you and your project team to assure that self reporting protocols, drug test notification workflows, court date reminder workflows, configurable data fields, configurable termination codes, and document templates are properly customized to fit your agency’s program needs.

Training: AnyTrax conducts online or on-site training sessions for your team. This training typically takes about 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the variety of services being implemented. Using your agency’s AnyTrax protocols, we develop an agency-specific Protocol Guide that we will use for your agency officer training. Major topics in this Guide and our Officer Instructions include: System Log-in Access and User Credentials, Setting up a New Offender, Managing Exceptions, Updating Case Information, Customer Service Requests, Case Search, Case Management Views and Notifications, and Reference Materials review.

Customer Support: Once your agency begins to monitor offenders using AnyTrax, in addition to an assigned Account Manager, the AnyTrax Customer Service team is available by toll-free phone, email and through an online Customer Support system that is built into the AnyTrax software.

Offender, Defendant, or Parolee Funded Programs

To pay fees, call 888-PAY-ANYTrax (888-729-2698), or click Contact Us for more information.

Your agency’s use of AnyTrax can be fully funded by fees charged to your offenders, defendants, or parolees. AnyTrax coordinates the fee amount with your agency to be affordable for payers while meeting your funding goals for the program, including allowances for those determined by your agency or court as indigent or exempt from fees.

AnyTrax fees can be paid by credit card, debit card, cash or money order, and payment can be made online, by telephone, or in person at over 58,000 agent locations in the U.S. and Canada. Our payment processing service reduces officer workload associated with payments, and provide payment assurance for your agency and payers.

Our payment methods include immediate proof of payment that payers can present to your agency, or they can make payments from your office by phone or by Internet, eliminating any officer workload for handling payments or payment envelopes, and it removes any uncertainty or risk of payments “lost in the mail.“

Immediate third party payment verification through our partnership with global payment processors minimizes the potential for misunderstandings about payments, so you and your payers can be confident that there is no chance that a payment might be lost or missed by the vendor.

AnyTrax can also collect other supervision fees, fines, or restitution for your agency.
